Cranberry biscuits are crispy in the mouth and do not contain baking powder. They are suitable for babies to eat.

Cranberry Cookies

1. After the butter has softened at room temperature, stir smoothly, add in powdered sugar and stir well.

2. Add the whole egg liquid in several times, stirring well each time, then continue adding.

3. Sift in low powder.

4. Stir until there is no dry powder.

5. Add the slightly cut cranberries and mix well.

6. Put the dough in a fresh-keeping bag, and then put it in a mold for shaping.

7. Put the shaped dough in the refrigerator and freeze for 2 hours.

8. Cut the frozen dough into about 0.8 cm thick.

9. Put it in the baking tray.

10. Put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. After being released from the oven, let it cool and seal it up.
