Cranberry Cookies

Weigh the ingredients, add butter and sugar and beat until fluffy

Add egg yolk and stir well

Sift in the flour and stir

Finally, add the dried cranberries, and chop the dried cranberries slightly

Knead into dough

Roll into a rectangular shape, wrap it in a fresh-keeping bag, and freeze in the refrigerator for an hour

You can cut it in about an hour
8.
Bake at 200° for 20 minutes
Tips:
Putting the kneaded dough in the refrigerator is not cold storage!
The dough must be frozen in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, otherwise it will not be cut. As for the oven temperature, the baking time still depends on the power of the own oven. Mine is 200°20 minutes, for reference only.
