Cranberry Cookies

Butter softened at room temperature, add powdered sugar

Whisk with a whisk until the volume is puffy (do not beat too much)

Add egg liquid in portions and mix well

Sift the flour into the butter batter in portions and mix well with a rubber spatula

Add dried cranberries and mix well with a rubber spatula

Shape the dough into rectangular strips, wrap it with plastic wrap, and keep it in the refrigerator until hard (you can also freeze it for 1 hour)

Take out the hardened dough and cut into 5mm thin slices with a knife

Arrange on the baking tray, pay attention to leaving a gap to avoid expansion and adhesion during the baking process
9.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for upper heat and 170 degrees for lower heat, middle level, bake for about 15 minutes
