Cranberry Cookies
1.
Prepare the ingredients, forgot to shoot the dried cranberries😄
2.
1 After the butter has softened at room temperature, add the powdered sugar and stir it slightly to prevent it from splashing out when it is beaten.
3.
Use an electric whisk until the color becomes lighter and the volume is enlarged.
4.
Add the egg whites in three batches, stirring thoroughly each time, and then add the next time.
5.
At this time, the butter is fluffy and resembles a creamy frost.
6.
Sift in the low-flour and cornstarch mixture and mix well.
7.
Chopped dried cranberries
8.
When stirring, stir from bottom to top, and at the same time add dried cranberries and mix well.
9.
Spread greased paper on the baking tray, put the mixed batter into the flower decorator (bag), and squeeze out the pattern on the baking tray. (I like this step the most! 😝)
10.
Heat the oven up and down, preheat at 175 degrees for ten minutes, bake for about 20 minutes, and the cookies will change color.
11.
The finished product is out

I made 520 cookies and heart-shaped ones (forgive my heart-shaped ones are not very standard 😁) happiness is full of wood
Tips:
If you don't like too sweet, you can halve the amount of powdered sugar! Will not affect the taste. The egg whites must be placed in a water-free and oil-free container 😊
