Cranberry Cookies

1. Material preparation

2. Dried cranberries cut into small cubes

3. Cut the butter into small pieces, put it in a large bowl, and heat it over water until it melts.

4. Add xylitol to the butter and mix well with a manual whisk.

5. Add dried cranberries and mix well.

6. Sift in low-gluten flour.

7. Mix the flour well.

8. Put the butter dough into the fresh-keeping bag and arrange it into rectangular strips. Put it in the refrigerator and freeze for 1 hour.

9. Used to cut into thick slices with a thickness of about 6mm.
