Cranberry Cookies

Prepare the materials. The butter is softened at room temperature and beaten evenly with powdered sugar.

Pour in the whole egg mixture.

Continue to tumble and mix, melt all the egg liquid inside, and finally as shown in the figure

Add the weighed low-gluten flour and mix well. Put it in a mold and shape it (mine is a rectangle, and cut it in the middle when I cut it), and freeze it in the refrigerator for two hours after it is shaped.

Take it out and cut it with a width of 7-8 mm, and place it on a baking tray, leaving a gap in the middle. Preheat the oven (180°C in the upper layer of the aca oven, 175°C in the lower layer), bake for 20 minutes, and turn off for about 10 minutes in the middle.
