Cranberry Garland Bread
1.
Prepare the ingredients needed for the cranberry garland bread, and weigh them finely.
2.
Put all the ingredients except butter, dried cranberries, and shredded coconut into the Dongling DL-T29 Magic Cloud Bread Maker bucket, start the kneading function of the bread maker, and knead the dough for 20 minutes;
3.
Pull out the thick film, put the butter in, and mix the dough for another 20 minutes;
4.
Knead until the dough expands and leave it in a warm and moist place for basic fermentation.
5.
End of basic fermentation;
6.
Exhaust the dough and divide it into 66 g/pieces, round and relax for 15 minutes;
7.
Cut a small dough into three parts;
8.
Rub it long, pinch one end tightly;
9.
Braid loose braids;
10.
Squeeze the two ends together;
11.
After fermenting in a warm and moist place to double the size, brush a little egg liquid on the surface, and put the soaked dried cranberry and coconut shreds.
12.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. (Depending on the oven power adjustment time)
13.
After baking, place it on the grill to cool down.
Tips:
1. The braid does not need to be braided too tightly, the baked bread will be softer.
2. Cranberry can be soaked with wine, if you don't like the taste of wine, you can soak it in water for half an hour and drain it for use.
3. If there is no shredded coconut, it can be replaced with pureed coconut, so it needs to be soaked, otherwise it will be too dry when baking.
