Cranberry Hair Cake

First dissolve the yeast with 20 grams of warm water, then add the flour and the remaining 230 grams of warm water, mix well, and stir to form a thin dough.

Place a piece of cut oiled paper on the bottom of the 8-inch heart-shaped movable bottom mold, brush a thin layer of cooking oil on the side, pour the thin dough into the mold, cover the surface with a layer of plastic wrap, and leave it to ferment in a warm place .

About an hour or so, the dough fermented to twice its size, with obvious bubbles on the surface.

Sprinkle soaked dried cranberries on the surface of the fermented dough.

Boil water in a pot. After the water is boiled, steam it on high heat for about 30 minutes and let it out for 3 minutes.

Take it out and demould immediately.

Cut into pieces and eat.

Tips:
1. Use warm water to dissolve the yeast. The warm water should not exceed 40 degrees, otherwise the yeast will be burnt to death.
2. Control the amount of water by yourself, just as pictured.
3. Dried cranberries can be replaced with raisins, red dates, chopped nuts and the like.
4. One-third of the flour can be replaced with corn flour to make the taste of coarse grains, nutritious and healthy.
5. Please adjust the steaming time according to the size of the container.
6. Don't over ferment the batter, otherwise it will collapse when steamed.
