Cranberry Oatmeal Scones

Stir the low powder, oatmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt evenly

Pour in the butter, knead with your fingertips or cut with two knives until the butter becomes large rice grains

Slowly pour in a cup of whipped cream

Add the beaten egg liquid

Mix quickly with a rubber spatula

Stir the dried cranberries into the dough and knead for 5-10 seconds (don't knead too much!)

Gently press into a thick disc with your hands

Cut into 8 equal pieces

Brush a layer of whipped cream on the surface, and then evenly sprinkle an appropriate amount of sugar

Put it into the preheated 220 degree oven and bake for 15 minutes
11.
Take out the iron net to cool for 10 minutes
Tips:
1. Just use ordinary flour, slightly lower gluten is better;
2. The butter must be cold and hard;
3. Using cream instead of milk makes Scone more delicious;
4. Add the flour to the cream and form a dough. Don't knead it too much.
