Cranberry Peanut Nougat
1.
Prepare the ingredients. If you don't like the peanut and cranberry flavors, you can replace it with something else.
2.
Put the butter in the pan, be sure to use a non-stick pan, preferably a thicker bottom, evenly heated pan.
3.
Add the marshmallows to the pot and slowly melt the marshmallows on a low heat.
4.
During the period, use the spatula to keep turning to heat the marshmallows evenly.
5.
After all the marshmallows are melted, add milk powder. For milk powder, use sugar-free whole milk powder.
6.
Flip more to let the milk powder melt fully. Those who like to eat harder candies can boil it for a while. The longer the boil, the harder the finished candies.
7.
Finally, add roasted and peeled peanuts and dried cranberries. The peanuts can be fried and peeled with raw peanuts.
8.
Let the sugar evenly coat the peanuts and cranberries.
9.
Pour the sugar on a non-stick silicone pad and fold it several times with disposable gloves.
10.
When the temperature drops slightly, pour the sugar into the mold. If there is no mold, you can use a square baking pan.
11.
When the sugar cools, you can cut it into cubes.
12.
When wrapping, first wrap a layer of edible glutinous rice paper, and then wrap the sugar paper so that it will not stick to the sugar paper. The glutinous rice paper is delicious.
