Cranberry Red Date Walnut Cookies
1.
Lay the walnuts flat in the oven, 120 degrees, up and down, and bake them for five minutes.
2.
To soften the butter, place a small pot of hot water at the bottom of the softened butter bowl, and the butter will melt in a while. ~~It doesn’t need to be melted to my level. It’s a little bit better in shape and mixed with noodles.
3.
Add powdered sugar and whole egg liquid, and mix well.
4.
Sift low-gluten flour into a bowl of well-mixed butter, egg and icing sugar.
5.
Sift in the flour slowly so that the butter liquid and the flour blend better.
6.
Chop the cranberries, red dates, and roasted walnuts into fine pieces.
7.
Add the chopped red dates, cranberries and walnuts to the stirred dough. Stir well and set aside.
8.
Keep mixing the dough until it forms a dough shape that is not easy to loosen.
9.
Lay a layer of cling film on the panel, put the dough on the cling film, and knead it into strips.
10.
Knead the strip model into a rectangular parallelepiped shape with the pre-laid plastic wrap, and freeze it in the refrigerator for 50 minutes.
11.
Cut the frozen noodles into 1/2 cm thick.
12.
Spread a layer of oil-absorbing paper on the surface of the baking tray, and spread the cut biscuit molds on the baking tray, leaving a little space between the biscuits.
13.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, and fire up and down for 10 minutes.
14.
Dangdang~The fragrant biscuits are out~
15.
It tastes good~ try it now~
Tips:
The fire in my oven is rather urgent and the time to bake is short. You can follow the actual operation of your own oven.
Walnuts can also be replaced with other nuts, almonds and peanuts can be used.
If you like it softer, you can put more butter. Personally, I don't like too much oil, so I put less butter and more flour. The taste is not greasy.
