Tips:

2. The yeast for making bread generally chooses high-sugar-tolerant dry yeast. The ratio of yeast to flour is 1:100, that is, 1g yeast is added to 100g flour;
3. The salt and butter in the bread ingredients are recommended to be added after running two kneading and waking procedures. Adding too early will easily prevent the dough from filming.
