Creamy Almond Bread Crisp
1.
The toast is cut into a heart shape with a heart-shaped biscuit mold on the chopping board; (it can also be directly cut into small squares or long strips)
2.
Take a small bowl and melt a small piece of butter into a liquid over water; add a little granulated sugar to the melted butter and stir until most of it is melted at the temperature of the hot water; (directly with powdered sugar is also acceptable)
3.
Pour an appropriate amount of almond slices into the butter and stir evenly so that the almond slices are completely wrapped in the butter
4.
Place the cut toast on a baking tray, and then use a small spoon to scoop a spoonful of almond slices on the toast slices and spread them flat; preheat the oven to 160 degrees, bake for about 10 minutes, and the surface will be browned.
Tips:
1. Almond slices can also be replaced with watermelon seeds;
2. If you don't have almond slices, you can directly wrap the bread sticks with butter and granulated sugar to bake to make sugared bread crisp.
