Creamy Cauliflower Soup

Cut cauliflower into small pieces, slice mushrooms, shred bacon, and mince onions for later use

Put the bacon shreds in a pot and stir-fry on low heat, stir fragrant and serve for later use

Put butter in the pan and fry

First add the garlic slices and onion and stir fry to get the aroma, then add the mushrooms and cauliflower and stir fry together

Stir-fry and add water, close the lid and cook for 10 minutes

Pour the cooked ingredients into the food processor and break them

Pour the vegetable soup into the pot, add the cream, and mix well
8.
Keep simmering on low heat, add salt and black pepper to taste

After serving, put in bacon shreds and green vegetable leaves to garnish
Tips:
1. Stir-fry the bacon in advance to increase the layering of the soup
