When I was a child, I especially liked to eat coconut balls. The first time I saw it was in the supermarket. I hadn't eaten it at that time, so my mother bought me some and let me try it. After tasting it, I think the scent of the coconut paste is really superb, so I have to buy some when I go to the supermarket. This is the first time I have tried to make it by myself. When it is roasted, the aroma of coconut paste spreads throughout the whole home~

Creamy Coconut Balls

1. Butter softened at room temperature

2. Sent to a slightly whitish and swollen state

3. Put in white sugar

4. Add an egg yolk

5. Pour in a little milk and mix well

6. Add low flour and coconut paste

7. Lightly and form dough

8. Take a small portion, knead it into a ball, and roll it in the coconut paste

9. Do all

10. Preheat the oven and fire up and down at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes

11. The surface can be colored golden

12. Let it cool and take it out

13. Take a bite

14. Crispy and fragrant

Tips:

1. I think coconut has a sweet taste, so the amount of sugar is reduced.
2. If you want a stronger milk flavor, add some milk powder.
3. The oven settings are for reference only.
4. Keep the size of the coconut balls as consistent as possible so that they are evenly heated during baking.
