Creamy Corn
1.
After the corn is cooked, rub the corn kernels into a bowl, add about 3 tablespoons of milk and mix well
2.
Then pour in about 3 spoons of cornstarch and mix well
3.
Make every corn evenly covered with starch
4.
Heat a pan, pour a little vegetable oil and cook until 40% hot, pour the corn kernels, spread and fry on low heat
5.
Take appropriate amount of starch and use milk to make a thicker starch paste
6.
Pour the starch paste evenly in the gaps of the corn kernels to prevent the corn kernels from dispersing, and continue to fry with low heat until the starch becomes transparent
7.
Then pour the vegetable oil over the corn, turn on high heat and wait for the oil temperature to rise, and fry for about 4-5 minutes until the surface becomes crispy and turn off the heat.
8.
Put it out and serve on a plate, cut into small pieces, and sprinkle sugar on the surface.
