Creamy Corn Muffins

Mix all the ingredients and make a batter.

You can adjust the amount of water or milk, almost the consistency. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment for about 1.5 hours at room temperature. If you want to eat it in the morning, you can put the noodles in the refrigerator to ferment at night.

The fermented batter seems to have swelled up, bulging upward in the middle, and scooping out a piece with a spoon, you can see that there are delicate small bubbles inside. Stir the batter with a spoon to expel the air in the batter.

Use a non-stick pan to set aside. Turn on a low heat without putting oil. Use a spoon to pour the batter into the pan. Slowly you can see bubbles appearing on the top of the cake. Continue to wait. When the outer ring of the biscuits has changed color and is cooked, use a spatula to slowly scoop the biscuits, then turn over and continue to bake them until they are cooked.
Tips:
1. With the amount of sugar, the baked biscuits are slightly sweet. Those who like sweets can put more sugar or pour honey on them after they are cooked.
2. When baking small cakes, be sure to low heat, otherwise the color of the cakes will be too dark.
3. It is best to use a larger spoon to scoop it in at one time, which is easy to shape.
