Creamy Flower Biscuits

Take out the butter and cut it into small pieces (Lehe organic butter is used here, which is said to be the first organic butter in China. If you buy it, it has a rich milk flavor and a mellow taste).

The butter is insulated and the water melts.

Add the butter to the egg liquid.

Add milk again.
5.
Pump and stir well by hand.

Add milk powder and icing sugar and mix well.

Sift in low-flour and purple potato powder.

Knead into a smooth dough with your hands

Roll out into 0.3 cm dough pieces.

Use the mold to press out the flowers.

Arrange the flowers on the baking tray (preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes).

Baking: 180 degrees up and down for 15 minutes (bake for 5 minutes and cover with tin foil)
Tips:
1. According to the water absorption of flour, increase or decrease the amount of flour, so that the dough can form a dough without sticking to your hands;
2. The baking time and temperature are for reference only, adjusted according to your own oven;
3. Use non-stick bakeware, cover with tin foil after baking for 5 minutes (to prevent heavy coloring).
