Creamy Kimchi Rice Cake

Under the collection of ingredients, kimchi is my homemade stuff. All the things are arranged for easy cooking, and the pork belly is thinly sliced.

Add a little oil and sauté the pork belly

Pour in shredded onion and minced garlic to burst the fragrance

Add spicy cabbage and pepper and stir fry for a while

Pour in the right amount of water, add ketchup and light cream to boil the rice cake strips

Cook until the juice is almost collected, add a little seasoning, and the rice cake strips are soft and plump.

Sprinkle a little cooked black sesame on the plate and it's done

1. Pay attention to seasoning when kimchi is salty
2. Be careful that the rice cake sticks to the pan after cooking
