Creamy Mushroom Soup

Wash the white mushrooms, remove the stalks, and cut into 1cm thick slices.

Put the butter in the pot and heat until it melts.

Add onion and garlic and stir fry for a fragrance.

Add the white mushrooms and stir fry until soft.
5.
Add flour and stir fry evenly.
6.
Bring to the boil of chicken broth, stir until the broth thickens.
7.
Add the auxiliary materials, stir and cook to the desired concentration.
