Creamy Scones

Main and auxiliary materials: milk powder, eggs, flour.

Beat eggs in a bowl, add sugar and baking powder.

Add milk powder, purified water, and mix well.

Add flour.

Make a soft dough, cover with plastic wrap, and relax for 20 minutes.

Press the dough into a 1.5cm thick cake.

Press out the round cake with a teacup.

Put it in the baking tray. Leave a gap.

Place the oven at 180 degrees and place it in the lower middle level.

Tips:
1. The amount of sugar can be added according to your own taste.
2. You can also put 2 eggs instead of pure water.
