Creamy Strawberry Cake

Add egg yolks with milk, corn oil, and 10 grams of powdered sugar.

Beat the egg whites into an oil- and water-free basin and add a few drops of vinegar.

Stir on low powder, add powdered sugar in three times.

Stir at a medium speed to form a neutral foam.

Stir the egg yolks evenly.

Add flour.

Stir it into a particle-free state.

Add the egg yolk paste to the egg yolk paste twice, and finally add the egg yolk paste to the egg yolk paste. Mix evenly from the bottom up, do not make a circular motion to avoid defoaming.

Pour into the cup.

Gently pour into the mold and shake.

Preheat the oven, put it in the oven, and bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.

Cool and demould, garnish with strawberries.
