Tips:
1. Different flours and different batches of flour have different water absorption. The ratio of flour to liquid should be adjusted appropriately. The ratio of flour to liquid is to form a smooth dough after making the noodles.
2. Use high-gluten flour for flour and instant yeast powder for yeast
3. I use Ruozhu matcha powder and Fafuna chocolate powder. If you want to look good in color, you need to use good materials
3. I use a PE9600WT bread machine. When you use other bread machines, please pay attention to appropriate adjustments.
