Creamy Tortilla

Mix corn flour, flour and sugar evenly.

Add the egg liquid and stir briefly.

Add milk little by little and mix well. Adjust appropriately according to the thickness of the batter. The batter should be runny.

Put a little oil in the pan, scoop into the batter with a spoon, low heat, bubbling around the batter, turn it over with a spatula.
5.
Turn it over with a spatula for a few seconds.
