Creamy West Toast

Prepare the ingredients. Cut the toast into about 3 cm thick slices. The chai eggs I used are too small, so I use two, and if I use ordinary eggs, one will do.

Cut off the skin of the toast, and then cut into rectangular strips of about 3 cm

The whipped cream and eggs were beaten together in the bowl. I first used an egg. The chai egg was too small and the liquid was too thick, so I put another one. There is only one on the picture, but actually two

After stirring well, add the sugar and mix well. The sugar can be put in at the beginning. I forgot to make it up.

Dip the peeled toast sticks evenly in the custard so that the bread can fully absorb the custard

Add an appropriate amount of grape seed oil to the frying pan, olive oil is fine, but butter is fine too

Add toast sticks covered with whipped cream and fry slowly

Fry until one side changes color and then turn it over
