Crescent Bone Corn Seaweed Soup

Soak the kelp in advance and wash it for later use.

Wash waxy corn and cut into pieces.

After blanching the crescent bone, wash it and put it in the pot.

Add ginger slices and appropriate amount of water to a boil. Turn to medium heat and cook for about 20 minutes.

Add the kelp corn cubes and continue to cook until the kelp is cooked through.
6.
Season with salted chicken essence and serve on a plate.
