Crispy and Delicious Pumpkin Pie
1.
Peel and seed the pumpkin, wash and cut into pieces.
2.
Put the cut pumpkin pieces into a steamer and steam them over water.
3.
Put the steamed pumpkin in a basin and mash it into puree. Gradually add glutinous rice flour (according to the amount of water produced by the pumpkin), and stir with a spoon until it is as shown in the picture.
4.
Use a spoon to scoop some of the stirred pumpkin puree into the bread crumbs and roll them. After all the bread crumbs are covered, make a pie shape (customize the shape).
5.
Put the prepared pumpkin pie in the refrigerator and freeze it, and take it as you eat.
6.
When eating, you can pour an appropriate amount of sesame oil or vegetable oil into the pot. When the oil temperature reaches 60-70 degrees, put the frozen pumpkin pie into the pot and fry slowly, turn it over frequently, and wait until the two sides are golden. Out of the pan.
Tips:
If you want more sweetness, add some sugar after the pumpkin is steamed.
