Use simple ingredients, make a love breakfast, you are usually tired of rice, and try the delicious steamed buns.

Pumpkin Buns

1. Staple food

2. Steam the old pumpkin on the pot, stir into a puree, let cool, add it to the flour, then pour in the yeast

3. Knead the flour, pumpkin and yeast to form a dough

4. Cover with plastic wrap until the dough is fully fermented to twice the original size

5. After fermentation, knead until the dough is smooth and let stand for 15 minutes

6. After 15 minutes, sprinkle a little flour on the cutting board, knead the dough into long strips, and cut into a knife shape.

7. Put the pot on high heat and steam for 25 minutes

8. Waiting for the buns to mature slowly

Tips:

Don't open the plastic wrap or lid casually during the fermentation process. You don't need to add water when kneading the dough. Because pumpkin contains water.
