Crispy and Sweet Fruit Pizza on Toast

Prepare the ingredients, peel the mango and cut into small cubes, cut the cherries in half and remove the pits.

Cut off the four sides of the toast slice and trim it into a square. My toast was over-heated during the second serve. The holes are large and it is not suitable for rolling. Normal toast slices can be rolled out. If the toast slices are relatively dry, you can spray a little water mist, which is not easy to scorch.

Spread mayonnaise or salad dressing on toast slices.

Preheat the oven up and down at 180°C for 10 minutes. Place the middle and upper layer of the pizza and bake for 10-15 minutes. The mozzarella cheese is melted and ready to go out of the oven. The oven can be preheated before you start.
Tips:
1. Choose fruits with low moisture. If the fruits with high moisture content, roast them first to remove some moisture.
2. Mozzarella cheese should be deiced beforehand, and the frozen cheese may not be drawn when it is baked directly.
3. The mozzarella cheese can be baked until it melts, and the temperature is too high and the baking for too long will not draw the wire.
4. The flaky cheese can also be used instead of mozzarella, so prepare more mozzarella.
