Crispy Black Sesame Candy

Heat the white sugar on a low heat until completely melted

Turn off the heat when the sugar is caramel-colored, add black sesame seeds, and stir well

Roll into pieces with a rolling pin

Tips:
When boiling the sugar, do not stir it, it will turn the sand, and do not overheat it. The color of the sugar liquid is too dark and it will be very bitter.
