Crispy Bread

The main ingredients are poured into the bread machine in the order of liquid first and flour, and a kneading program

Knead the dough until it expands and add butter

Knead the dough again until it is fully extended, and you can pull out a large beautiful hand mask.

Take out the pot and cover it with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place for basic fermentation

Divide equally into eight portions, about 53 grams, and let the plastic wrap with the round lid relax for 15 minutes

Low-powder 10g caster sugar, 8g white sesame seeds, 5g corn oil, a little mix, mix well and set aside

Tips:
The fermentation time varies depending on the temperature. Now, in winter, I usually put it in a pot over water and heat it to a little heat to create a warm environment. The second fermentation uses the fermentation function of the oven. Don’t put the unfinished bread in the refrigerator, otherwise it will age faster, just keep it sealed in a fresh-keeping bag. You can heat it in the oven at 100 degrees for 10 minutes when you eat it.
