Crispy Broad Beans

Soak the dried broad beans one day in advance, peel off the skin, blanch after washing, and drain for later use

Add dry starch, stir evenly, filter out the excess starch
3.
Put it in a 80% hot oil pan and fry until golden brown, remove it, drain the oil, and put it on the plate

Sprinkle in roasting ingredients, chopped green onion, and goji berries
Tips:
The broad beans must be cooked before frying so that the fried broad beans will be crispy.
