Grasshopper Bean

Wash the dried broad beans and soak for one day

Peel off the shell of the soaked broad beans, wash and dry for later use

Heat the wok and put the oil, when the oil is 70% to 80% hot, pour the broad beans and stir fry

Stir fry until the surface of the broad beans turns yellow and the sound is rustling.
5.
Leave the oil in the pot and heat it until small bubbles are formed. Pour the broad beans and re-fry. Pick up the pot, add salt and pepper noodles and mix well. It can be served with alcohol or snacks.
