Stir-fried Carrots with Broad Beans

Prepare the ingredients: Soak broad beans in clean water for one night, wash and peel them, and scrape off the skin of carrots.

Carrots and pork are sliced, green onion and ginger are shredded.

Heat the oil in the wok, add the green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Tips:
1. Fry carrots first, because carrots can only fully release carotene when combined with oil.
2. Add some water so that the broad beans can be cooked.
