Soak the broad beans in boiling water.

Peel the soaked broad beans

Steam the watercress in a steamer (about 20 minutes is good).

Chop it after cooling slightly.

Pour in the white wine and cover the watercress. Soak for two days. If there is sun, you can cover it with gauze (don't dry it, I will dry the wine when I make it for the first time).

After two days, remove the stems of the prepared dried chilies and wash them, boil the water in the pot, boil the chilies in the pot for a few minutes, and remove them.

Break the cooked chilies with a blender.

Stir the crushed chili, watercress (with white wine), and salt together.

Put the stirred sauce into a container, pour in rapeseed oil, and drown the watercress. It tastes better after half a month.

Tips:
1. After peeling the skin of Douban, it can be broken into pieces, so that the finished product is more attractive.
2. If you like spicy food, add more pepper, if you add more pepper, add more salt, and if you like hemp, add pepper.
3. You can put it in a small bottle when you use it. If the oily surface of the watercress is exposed, you can add it at any time, so that it won't be damaged no matter how long it is left.
4. Liquor I just use our Shaoyang Daqu, which is a bottle of more than ten yuan, if there is no other liquor of 52 degrees.
5. If there is no rapeseed oil, other salad oils can be substituted.
