Crispy Chicken Drumsticks
1.
Prepare ingredients.
2.
Dilute the honey marinade with water according to the ratio.
3.
After the chicken thighs are cleaned, put them in the marinade, and use a fork or toothpick to pierce the skin a few times to make the marinade better and faster. According to the room temperature when marinating, if time permits, it is recommended to marinate a few hours in advance. It can be kept fresh and tasty in the refrigerator.
4.
Break up the eggs, prepare potato flakes and starch at the same time, soak up the marinated chicken legs with kitchen paper, and then cover them with starch.
5.
After being covered with starch, then covered with egg liquid.
6.
Finally, put it in the potato flakes and cover it up.
7.
Preheat the air fryer (or oven) at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, put the chicken drumsticks in. My fryer is large enough, and I decided to bake a few more taro to relieve my greed.
8.
Bake for about 35 minutes. In fact, it will be fully cooked in 30 minutes. You can use a bamboo stick to check it. It can easily penetrate and it is basically cooked. I will make the crispy skin on the outside more beautiful and more oily. It took thirty-five minutes to bake, and the meat was equally tender.
9.
Take it out and enjoy it beautifully! Bear kid’s chicken drumsticks and my taro are out in one pot!
10.
Enjoy it!
Tips:
Use bread crumbs or potato chips, and corn flakes can be used as a crispy substitute
