Crispy Chicken Soba

Soba noodles 200g wheat flour 200g, add 180ml of water into the noodle machine to make soba noodles

Tips:
1. Flour absorbs water differently. Add water to the dough and adjust it yourself. The noodle machine is harder, so add more water by hand.
