Crispy Corn

Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture.

Wash the corn, add water to the pot and cook.
3.
Cut the boiled corn into sections (do not cut the pot for a large pot) and coat it with egg mixture.
4.
After the egg liquid is wrapped, wrap a thin layer of cornstarch.
5.
Wrap another layer of egg liquid and breadcrumbs.
6.
Fry in the pan at 70% of the oil temperature and fry it to golden brown.
Tips:
Regarding the matching seasoning-tomato sauce, salad dressing, ganmei powder, shredded cheese, and shredded plum can all be added on top.
