Pumpkin Sesame Balls
1.
Remove seeds, peel and wash pumpkin.
2.
Cut into small pieces and steam them in a pot.
3.
While the steamed pumpkin is hot, mix the sugar together to form pumpkin puree. The temperature can make the sugar melt quickly.
4.
Add glutinous rice flour and knead into a dough.
5.
Knead the pumpkin glutinous rice dough into the size of glutinous rice balls.
6.
Coat the sesame seeds evenly (if it is too dry, you can sprinkle a little water on the dough to help the sesame seeds stick and not fall off).
7.
Heat up the frying pan and fry the sesame balls one by one to make the golden volume bigger and float before picking it up.
8.
Scoop up the fried sesame balls and drain the oil.
