Potato Omelette

Wash the potatoes, peel them, and use a wire grater; cut the ham sausage into small dices, and chop the spring onions into chopped green onions for later use.

Tips:
1. Regarding seasoning with salt-because light soy sauce and ham sausage are both salty, salt is not necessary; but if you don't put ham sausage, you can sprinkle some salt in an appropriate amount.
2. About wiping potato shreds-it is more convenient to use a grater, and the thickness of the shreds is more uniform; if the knife is good, you can also use a knife to cut the shreds.
3. Regarding the pouring of egg liquid-pour the egg liquid with a colander to make it more even.
