Crispy Duck

Take a piece of ginger and slice, chili garlic and set aside; add two large bowls of water to the wok, put half of the duck and the ginger slices in the pot and cook.

After the duck is cooked, pick it up, brush the wok and cook the dipping sauce.
[Dipping method: Pour a small half bowl of oil, add chili garlic diced and saute, add light soy sauce and oyster sauce and cook for 2 minutes, complete]
After the dipping ingredients are prepared, pour a large bowl of oil into the wok, spread the light soy sauce on half of the duck, and then place it in the oil pan to start frying. Keep turning the duck meat to prevent frying.

Fry until the duck is crispy on the surface and inside, pick up and cut into pieces and serve on the plate.
