I originally wanted to make a simple jam biscuits, but I made three colors with rippling hearts. I haven't liked the strong taste of butter very much. Vanilla extract is still not available, so I added cocoa powder and green tea powder to try it out. The cocoa powder of Golden Delicious is still very good, the green tea powder seems to be Master Zhu’s, and the flavor is relatively strong. The dough is relatively hard, so the jam hasn't been rolled properly. You should put a little more egg liquid.

5. If you make jam filling, roll the dough into 0.5cm thick noodles, spread the jam evenly on the top, and roll it up; if you don’t make jam filling, just knead it into a round strip (such as my matcha flavor, no jam , With white sesame and oatmeal)

6. Put it in the refrigerator and freeze until hard. After taking it out, cut into slices with a thickness of about 0.5CM; preheat 180 degrees, the middle layer, about 20 minutes
