Crispy Enoki Mushroom

Wash the enoki mushrooms, remove the roots and tear them into strips.

Beat in an egg, add a little salt and stir well.

Sprinkle with dry starch and mix well.
4.
Pour oil into the pan and add enoki mushrooms for frying.
5.
Until both sides are golden.
6.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the surface after being out of the pan.
Tips:
1. The starch should be sprinkled while frying, do not sprinkle in advance, otherwise it will get wet and the effect is not as good as sprinkling.
2. Add some salt in advance, the taste will be more even, do not sprinkle too much salt and pepper later.
