Crispy Fish

Clean up the hairtail, cut into sections, and drain the water

Prepare green onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper

Hot oil, put in the hairtail to deep-fry and remove

Tips:
1. When braising, make sure that the soup in the pot seems to be in a non-open state.
2. The broth must be more soaked, it will be more delicious.
