Yesterday, when the refrigerator was empty, I could only run costco to stock up the goods. I bought a bunch of mozzarella cheese and salami. I thought that if I have buckwheat flour and unused pasta and tomato sauce at home, then try using buckwheat flour. Let’s make a simple, traditional and effortless thin and crunchy red sausage pizza (we have been sugar-free for a year, and it is indeed very useful for maintaining weight and body shape. Later, we have always tried to keep sugar as low as possible. Compared with ordinary flour, buckwheat flour has low sugar content. , Rich in nutrition, relatively speaking, it’s better for us who eat high-calorie pizza, hahaha)"

Ingredients

Crispy Flat Bread Pepperoni Pizza

1. Prepare the flour, milk and baking powder and knead slowly. (It is recommended to knead the dough with gloves to avoid making the batter. Add milk little by little to avoid too thin to make the dough.)

2. Knead the dough until it looks smooth and not sticky, then let it rest for 30 minutes to wake up. (I made this shape for the purpose of rolling the noodles in sections 😂😂)

3. After waking up the noodles, divide them into about three sections, and then roll the noodles in sections. Roll out the noodles as thinly as possible, so that it will be thinner and crisper.

4. Slightly trim the edges and corners of the dough. (Of course, if you don’t care about the shape and only care about the taste, you don’t need this step at all 😂😂😂)

5. The last step is to spread the sauce, put the salami on the mozzarella cheese, brush a little olive oil on the baking paper, and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

6. Get out of the oven and cut into small pieces and enjoy slowly. (The picture above was baked in 10 minutes and then we tried to bake it for 15 minutes to make it even more crispy and delicious. The crust is golden yellow and super fragrant on the sides)

Tips:

In fact, this version of pizza is mainly crispy, so try to roll it out as much as possible. When rolling out, you must sprinkle some dry flour on the chopping board to avoid sticking. It is also recommended to use tomato sauce for pasta instead of ordinary tomato dipping sauce. The taste is different. After several attempts to put in the oven for 15 minutes and 180 degrees is the best, the pie crust is all golden, crispy, crispy and fragrant. If you like a richer taste, you can put some onions and mushrooms (I don’t have any onions at home 🧅... I just bought mushrooms and don’t want to open them...)
