Crispy Fried Chicken Drumsticks

Prepare materials.

Wash the drumsticks and soak them in cold water for at least half an hour.

Weigh out 15 grams of fried chicken powder

Rinse the chicken thighs with cold water and make shallow cuts on the chicken thighs. Coat with fried chicken powder.

Pour the oil until it smokes. Put the chicken drumsticks in the frying pan, turn it over with chopsticks, and turn it all the way. Fry on low heat for 3 minutes. Fry on low heat for another 4 minutes.

Remove and control dry oil.

Tips:
1: The powder must be evenly coated.
2: Must not stop turning the chopsticks seriously to make the chicken legs crispy outside and tender inside. Note, only use chopsticks to turn.
3: The heat must be in accordance with the recipe.
4: The oil must be just over the drumstick.
