Crispy Fried Fresh Milk

Add white sugar to the milk, custard powder and cornstarch, and stir until there are no particles.

Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring constantly, to prevent the bottom from getting muddy.

Keep stirring until thick and turn off the heat.
