Crispy Fried Fresh Milk

Adjust Philips Airfryer to 80℃ and preheat for 3 minutes

Pour the milk, coconut milk, and condensed milk into the baking basket, stir evenly, and heat for 2 minutes

Mix chestnut rice noodles (yellow rice noodles) and soft white sugar with an appropriate amount of water. Slowly pour them into the adjusted milk. Stir while pouring into a thick paste.

Pour the prepared paste into a square mold and smooth it out. After it cools, put it in the freezer of the refrigerator until it solidifies into a cake shape. Take it out and cut into long strips.

Beat the egg, mix the flour, dry starch, baking powder and egg liquid evenly, then add an appropriate amount of water to make a thin batter

Adjust the Philips Airfryer to 180°C and preheat for 5 minutes

Coat the cut milk cake evenly with the thin batter and put it in the Philips Airfryer frying basket. Set for 8 minutes. Fry until slightly yellow and ready to eat
