Crispy Fried Small Yellow Croaker

A pack of quick-frozen headless yellow croaker.

Put eight to ten small yellow croakers on the plate to thaw and set aside.

Pour one packet of crispy fried chicken powder, to half of the packet, pour the thawed small yellow croaker, stir evenly, and marinate for about ten minutes. Pour the remaining fried ingredients into another dish and set aside.

Heat the oyster to about 165 to 180 degrees, add the small yellow croaker, before trying it with chopsticks, the oil must be rolled until foamy.

Before frying, dip the small yellow croaker again with the fried ingredients and pat off the excess fried ingredients.

Fry the small yellow croaker thoroughly until it is golden brown.

Wash the lettuce, put it in drained water, and place it in the dish.

When marinating small yellow croaker, if you want to get the best results, marinate for at least 20 minutes.
