Crispy Frog

Cut the frog into pieces, marinate with salt, egg white, cornstarch for ten minutes, and pat the flour.

Heat oil in the pan, heat 6 layers of oil, put the frog to deep fry, and fry it until it is crispy and out of the pan.

Re-explore twice, wait until the oil reaches the 6th floor and fry it for four minutes.

Ginger, garlic, green onion, bean paste, hot pot base, stir-fry, after sautéing, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar, cook until the broth is thick, stir-fry the chicken with sesame, celery, sesame oil and stir-fry.

Take out the pan and serve.
